Handcrafted in Buenos Aires
This is where someone would say “I am an Artist.” But I am not an artist, I am a “Creator” and a self-taught designer.
My career as a creator came after years of working in IT department.
My work is distinguished by the large number of small details and very bright colors. I paint wood pieces with high quality acrylic paint and make sure to protect them so that they last over time. I have painted jewelry, boxes, Yerba mate gourds but what really makes me happy is to paint Mandalas.
My need to create Mandalas was born many years ago when I saw some small spots painted in a shop window. That circular design haunted me until I finally painted my first Mandala of dots.
Over time I took online courses and studied Mandalas. But my creations were not happy with the straight rules and the lines that marked the strokes.
Practicing contemplative meditation and mindfulness helped me on making my Mandalas free, drawn by freehand.
My technique is not based on exact measurements or intentional colors, my technique is to raise a pray to the Creator:
“I give you this Mandala to be whatever you want it to be.”
In my abstraction I only breathe and the soul of the Universe paints.
I don’t know how the Mandala will end, nor in which country it will live, but I trust that I am painting so that something pure is generated.
There are no thoughts, there is no time.
The mandala simply “is”
There is no intention.
My Mandala is present moment.
My Mandalas capture the present moment in a constant way.
They are a reminder that we are part of the All, like every point, that each complete the Mandala.
