Do you ship?

When you enter your postal code in the cart, you will see the available delivery options for your location. My delivery options are:

Same-day motorcycle delivery:
If you order before 4 PM, you can choose Motorcycle delivery for Buenos Aires City (CABA) and some areas of Greater Buenos Aires (GBA).
Deliveries are made between 6 PM and 9 PM. We always strive to deliver on the same day, but if any unforeseen circumstances arise (or it RAINS), we apologize in advance and will deliver it the next day.
There are no deliveries on SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, or HOLIDAYS, as motorcycle delivery does not operate on these dates.

Shipping via "Envío Nube"
For CABA, GBA, and the rest of Argentina: I carefully wrap all shipments and take them to the postal service as soon as possible. In all cases, when you purchase from my store, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can choose Correo Argentino for Home Delivery (Standard or Express) or Pickup at Branch Office.

In-person pickup
Pickup is available in Palermo (4 blocks from Plaza Italia). You can pick up your order on Saturdays from 2 PM to 6 PM.
Pickups are only at the door and require prior confirmation via message (please check the status of your order before coming).
When picking up, you must provide the name and ID of the person retrieving the order.
I do not have a physical storefront.

International shipping:
DHL Express ships worldwide. The shipping cost is USD 45 for a package up to 1 kilo, regardless of the number of items you purchase. Depending on the destination country, your order will arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
All shipments include a tracking number so you can track your package at all times.


Can I resell your items?
If you have a small business and would like to sell my products, feel free to contact me! If you purchase multiple items, you can get a special discount. You may resell them with my logo but NOT as if they were your own creations.


How long will you hold my order if I don't pick it up?
I will hold items for a maximum of 15 days; after that, no claims will be accepted.


Do you take custom orders?
I am currently in a creative phase working on new products, so I am not accepting fully custom orders.
At the moment, my custom work consists of modifications to existing products listed in my store.
For example: Adding your name to an already finished embroidery piece.
This is how I ensure you receive your order without delays.

"The shop reserves the right of creation": I do not create custom orders that include:

  • Political ideologies
  • Religious or verbal violence
  • Offensive jokes (related to animals, plants, or humans)

Payment Methods

My store is set up with "Pago Nube," meaning you can pay via bank transfer, debit card, or credit card, and the process will be easy and automatic.
You do not need to send a receipt, as the system records everything, making the process more convenient.

Important for Bank Transfers:
For security reasons, the CVU generated is unique for each purchase. If you buy again, you will see a different CVU.
Make sure to transfer the exact total amount of your purchase (including cents), as the system will reject payments with incorrect values.

Paying by bank transfer gives you a 3% discount! ☺️


Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

a) Returns and Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Contact me within 48 hours of delivery and return the items within 4 days in perfect condition, just as you received them.
  • I will issue a refund only if I receive the items in perfect condition.

Conditions:

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value, and I will not issue any refund.

b) Cancellations
I do not accept cancellations for:

  • Custom orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Orders that have already been shipped

I understand that you may want to ask questions before purchasing, so feel free to contact me beforehand. After your purchase, I will stay in touch throughout the shipping process.
For this reason, once my products are shipped, I do not accept cancellations or issue refunds.

I also do not accept cancellations for custom orders that are already in the creation phase.
I appreciate that you respect my time as much as I respect yours.

c) Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of these items, I do not accept returns for:

  • Custom orders
  • Digital downloads
