Do you make shipments?
For CABA: you can choose between 1) “Moto Today or Tomorrow”, 2) “Argentine Mail to Home or Branch”.
1) Motorcycle TODAY or tomorrow (Only CABA and Buenos Aires):
If you make a purchase before 1 p.m. It will arrive TODAY (between 4 and 9 p.m.)
If you buy after 1:00 p.m. It will arrive to you TOMORROW (between 4 and 9 p.m.) or the next business day of dispatch (Sunday NO motorcycle)
If you choose Moto as a shipping method, keep in mind that:
My courier and I try very hard to deliver everything to you TODAY, we always succeed, but if something unforeseen arises (or it RAINS) we apologize in advance and we will deliver it to you the next day.
**There are no shipments on SUNDAYS or HOLIDAYS, since the motorcycle does not work on these dates.
Your Information is important:
Don't forget to include your contact telephone number and clarify in your order what you want about your address. For example: “Ring the white bell” or “Ask for the Manager if I don't answer” or “Do not go between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., which is “school pick-up time,” etc. That kind of information helps us a lot to avoid delays on the delivery route.
2) “Argentine Mail to Home or Branch”
I wrap all of the week's shipments delicately and take them to the mail on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
In all cases, when you buy in my store you will see the tracking number and the link so you can follow your package on the Correo Argentino website.
3) For shipments to the rest of the country
You can choose Argentine Mail at Home or Branch. All shipments of the week are delicately wrapped and taken to the mail on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Can I pick up in person? Do you have a location on the street?
It can be picked up in Palermo (4 blocks from Plaza Italia). You can pick up on Saturdays from 2 to 6 p.m.
Withdrawals only at the door and with prior confirmation by message (ask the status of your order before coming)
When you come to withdraw, the name and ID of the person withdrawing is essential.
I don't have a place on the street.
Can I resell your items?
If you have a small business and would like to sell my items, do not hesitate to write to me to get a special discount. You can resell them with my logo NOT as if they were your creations.
How long will you keep my order if I don't pick it up?
I keep the items for up to 15 days maximum, then there are no complaints.
Do you make custom orders?
I am currently in the stage of creating new products so I do not take custom work. At this time my custom works are modifications to the items you see published in my store. Ex: putting your name on an embroidery that is already finished.
This is the way I found to ensure that you will receive your order without delays.
“The house reserves the right of creation”: I do not make personalized orders that contain: political ideologies, religious or verbal violence, or abuse jokes (animal, plant or human).
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
a) Returns and exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges with the following conditions:
Contact me within 48 hours of delivery and return the items within 4 days of delivery in perfect condition, just as you received them.
Only if I receive what I sent in perfect condition will I be able to return your money.
Conditions: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value and I will not provide any refund.
b) Cancellations
I do not accept cancellations for custom, printable, or already shipped orders.
I understand that before purchasing you can write to me, after your purchase I will contact you and throughout the shipping process I will also stay in touch.
It is for this reason that once my products are shipped I DO NOT accept cancellations or refund money.
I also do not accept cancellations for custom orders that are already in the creation phase.
I know you respect my time as much as I respect yours.
C) Returns not accepted
Due to the nature of these items I do not accept returns for:
-Custom orders.
-Digital downloads.
